With net 120 day terms being mandated by OEMs tremendous pressure is placed on small businesses to finance raw material acquisition, manufacturing costs, and provide interest free financing post invoice. The total financing term can easily exceed 180 days (half a year). This creates a huge cash crunch and significantly erodes margins.
